やさしいコンテンポラリーダンスクラス
このクラスには「こう踊りましょう」という決まった踊り方がありません。シンプルなルールをつかって、からだや場所、人と出会いながら踊り方をさがしていきます。
周囲の雰囲気もゆるやかに感じながら過ごすダンスクラスです。
